For two years I was the lead for integrating a 3rd party solution for MetLife's Multi-Factor Authentication and Retrieve Lost Credentials. Reporting to the UX Manager, and working with Business analysts and our 3rd party software provider we created a new login process that integrated MFA and RLC into a seamless experience to replace the difficult siloed experience that was in place.
